My story began in the quaint town of South Berwick, Maine. With a passion for all things culinary, I took the leap and attended Culinary School in Dover, NH. Fast forward, and my culinary journey has woven through various restaurants across southern Maine and the Seacoast area.
Our pride and joy, Cure Restaurant in Portsmouth, NH, is where I get to showcase my culinary prowess as the Executive Chef. It’s a place where flavors collide, and every dish tells a story.
Darren's Culinary Adventure
Now, let’s dive into Darren’s culinary adventure. Hailing from Houlton, Maine, Darren’s journey started with formal culinary studies in South Portland, ME. With over 25 years of experience as an Executive Chef, he’s left his mark on restaurants, private clubs, resorts, and hotels across southern Maine.
Our paths converged when we opened Cure Restaurant, and little did we know it would lead us to the exciting world of cannabis edibles.
